With a combined experience of 23 years in his family owned construction company, Rick Vanderschot is recognized as being in the top 7% of Ontario Builders for customer service.

He is a qualified Architecture Technician and qualified designer under Bill 124 of the Ontario Building Code.

Rick is a strongly motivated and outgoing individual who works well with buyers and trades people. He has been the president of the Stratford Home Builders Association.
